Start with dependable inventory
Choose items you physically control, understand well, and can photograph, price, and fulfill without special exceptions.
Prioritize common event needs
Publish the inventory most likely to solve a real event need in your categories. Avoid filling the catalog with near-duplicate items before the core selection is usable.
Finish each listing before scaling
Complete title, description, included items, photos, price, quantity, condition, fulfillment, and listing-specific terms.
Group similar items deliberately
If several items are materially different in size, finish, capacity, or price, follow the current PartyShare catalog model so renters can tell the difference.
Review the renter-facing catalog
Open your published listings and check whether the collection looks coherent, current, and easy to shop.

Seventy drafts, duplicate placeholders, old photos, and items whose quantities or delivery terms are uncertain.
